Experience: 6-8 Year

Position Summary: Lead end-to-end production for Orvi's furniture unit, from planning to on-time delivery, across multiple live projects at once. You'll read technical drawings closely, guide the team through carcass work, joinery, hardware, polish and finishing, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep every order moving. 6 to 8 years of experience in furniture production, strong in both wood and metal, stone experience a plus. Based in Jaipur or open to relocating.

Job Title: Factory Manager, Production & Operations

Location: Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur

Experience: 8-12 Year

Position Summary: Lead day-to-day factory operations for Orvi, driving production planning, manpower, and delivery schedules across handcrafted and machine-based manufacturing. You'll resolve bottlenecks, hold quality and shop-floor discipline, and lead supervisors and artisans through daily production. 8 to 12 years in production or manufacturing, including at least 4 to 5 years at a senior level, ideally in handicraft or marble and natural stone. Based in Jaipur.
